Shipping Policies
We utilize FedEx and United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping methods are available. International orders are sent by USPS unless the customer requests another method. Additional fees may apply for expedited and international orders. Please inquire at the number below if you have any questions.
All orders are shipped with insurance which is included in the shipping charge. If any items arrive damaged we request that you contact us within two (2) business days in order that we can assist with insurance claims.
We strive to ship our products within 3 business days. If your order is going to be delayed beyond the 3 days timeframe we will do our best to contact you to alert you to the situation and provide an estimate of when you package will be shipped.
We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.

We accept returns for sets up to 15 days from date of receipt. Materials and packaging must be in resaleable condition. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
